Private and Group Tuition  Fees

 

All classes are paid for at the beginning of the month with either a credit card or post-dated cheques (we cannot accept any other form of payment)


Private Lessons  

 

$23 per half hour - deposit required to start ( see Deposit to Enroll)

If two or more 1/2 hour lessons are taken each week there is a 10% discount on all lessons.  A one hour lesson is considered two half hour lessons and is therefore $41.40.


In-Home Private Lessons


$30 per half hour - deposit required to start (see Deposit to Enroll)

If two or more 1/2 hour lessons are taken each week there is a 10% discount on all lessons.  A one hour lesson is considered two half hours lessons.


Seniors' Group Classes


$60.00 for 4 sessions of 45 minute classes or $20 per class.  

There is a materials fee of $25 required to enroll which covers the cost of a book and CD. 

 


Children's Group Classes


$79 per month (each month will have 3, 4, or 5 lessons)

There are material fees which are due by August 4 to ensure shipment of music books by the first lesson. Material fees are $35 for 5-10 year-olds, and $50 for 11- 12 year-olds.  Material fees cover all music (solos, ensemble pieces, holiday and recital music, technique, theory, scales, and practice sheets), as well as shipping for the semester.

 

Registration Fees:


The school does not charge any fees for registration. (see Deposit to enroll)


Deposit to Enroll:


The school requires a deposit equal to one class for every class students are enrolled in.  The deposit is applied towards tuition, but is not returned if a student does not show up for class.  If payment is made for all of the classes in the month a student begins - there is no enrollment deposit required.


Tuition Fee Increases

Tuition is subject to increase anywhere from 1 to 2% per semester

To pay the deposit to schedule a class time you may either call us with a credit card or come in to the school.   

 

If you call but can not pay over the phone, we will hold the time for 3 days so you can come in and make the deposit.  If you have not come in by the third day we will call to see if you still want the class.  If we can not reach you, the time will be opened up for another student.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

You may budget your tuition each month by filing a credit card number with the school which will be charged on the first of each month. 

 

 

Other Fees:

Deposit:  In order to reserve a time there is a deposit of $25

 

The deposit is applied to tuition but is not refundable if for any reason you do not come.

Trial Lessons


You may take a free trial lesson to determine if the  teacher or program is what you would like.  If you have still not decided, you may take as many trial lessons as you like at $15 each, one teacher per trial.
